Raul Fernandez is president and chief executive officer of DXC Technology, a leading Fortune 500 global technology services provider, with 120,000 colleagues in some 70 countries from a diverse array of industries. Mr. Fernandez was appointed permanent President and CEO in February 2024 after serving since December 2023 as the company’s Interim President and CEO. He previously served as a member of the company’s Board of Directors since August 2020.

He founded Proxicom, a global provider of e-commerce solutions for Fortune 500 companies, which he took public in 1999 and later sold to Dimension Data. Since then, Raul has been an active investor, board member and advisor to companies across various industries.

A native Washingtonian and University of Maryland graduate, Mr. Fernandez is an active philanthropist in D.C. regional nonprofits focused primarily on educational reform. In 2000, he co-founded Venture Philanthropy Partners (VPP), a philanthropic investment organization based in Washington, DC. Passionate about making college education accessible to DC’s high school students, Mr. Fernandez is also a board member of DC College Access Program (DC-CAP) and the Fernandez Foundation.
