Grant Hastings is Chief Financial Officer of Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and operations, supporting disciplined growth, strategic investment and long-term value creation across the enterprise.
Hastings has spent more than a decade at Monumental, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of New Enterprises. In this role, Grant led the company’s corporate development efforts across teams, venues, media properties and other businesses. Since joining Monumental in 2014 as a business and corporate development analyst, his role has expanded alongside the company’s growth.
Throughout his tenure, Hastings has worked on a wide range of strategic initiatives across Monumental, including capital investments, partner and debt financings, the acquisition of the company’s regional sports network, arena development projects, including planning for the transformation of Capital One Arena, and the creation of our corporate development function. He has also played a central role in our acquisition and investment activity.
In 2026, Hastings was named to Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 class. He earned his MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
