In addition to multiple individual and program honors, MNMT was recognized with Overall Excellence and Sports Excellence, awards that honor sustained achievement across programming, production, innovation, and audience impact. The distinction reflects the collective efforts of the network’s on-air talent, producers, storytellers, creatives, engineers, and production teams who continue to elevate the standard for regional sports media.

“To be recognized with both Overall Excellence and Sports Excellence is a major milestone for Monumental Sports Network, and for the broader vision we have been building towards across Monumental Sports & Entertainment,” said Zach Leonsis, President of Media & New Enterprises at MSE. “We are building an integrated platform that serves fans wherever they are and however they consume media, while telling moving stories, investing in local sports, and showcasing the athletes and members of the community that make this region unique. This honor belongs to the entire MSE and MNMT team, whose passion and creativity, and belief in our vision, continue to push us forward.”

MSE and MNMT continue to build on a legacy of excellence at the Capital Emmy Awards. Since MSE acquired the network from NBCUniversal in 2022, the organization has earned 40 Capital Emmy Awards, reflecting its award-winning storytelling, innovative production, and industry-leading sports coverage. This year’s recognition further reinforces MSE’s commitment to delivering compelling content and exceptional viewing experiences for fans across the region. Complementing its Capital Emmy success, MNMT was also recognized on the national stage earning Sports Media Platform of the Year and Regional Sports Media Network of the Year honors at the Cynopsis Sports Media Awards earlier this month.
