Washington, D.C. (March 28, 2025) – Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) announced today The Reserve, a best-in-class preview center for the new arena in the District that will provide prospective business partners and VIP guests with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the luxury offerings, technological innovation, and stylistic elements of the new building, which serves as the home of the NHL’s Washington Capitals, NBA’s Washington Wizards, and world-class concerts and events. The Reserve is presented by Clark Construction Group, who are overseeing the construction of the brand-new Capital One Arena.
Set to open in May 2025, The Reserve is an exclusive, appointment-only space located on the third floor of Capital One Arena in downtown Washington, D.C. This unique venue will allow visitors to explore every premium and season ticket aspect of the new arena, including the opportunity to select their seats from a variety of new seating experiences.
Among the standout attractions at The Reserve will be a hologram experience featuring players from both the Capitals and Wizards, and a full-scale model of a Vault Suite, an unparalleled luxury experience coming to Capital One Arena in the fall. The preview center will also feature multiple scale models of the new arena and its surrounding footprint, along with interactive screens showcasing key features and additional rooms modeled after some of the arena’s most highly anticipated transformed spaces, the United Globe Club and United Globe Lounge.

Wizards and Capitals season ticket members and suite holders will receive priority invitations via email, allowing them to book their exclusive appointments to tour The Reserve. Season ticket members and suite holders can also speak with their dedicated Account Executive to schedule a tour and receive more details about the space.
Today’s announcement comes as MSE has begun construction on the new Capital One Arena. MSE is taking a 360-degree approach to planning a high-tech, high-touch building that will serve millions of annual visitors for the next 25 years and set a new standard for fan experience and technological innovation.
