(October 25, 2023) – Monumental Sports Network today announced that Robinhood, the innovative financial services platform, will be integrated as a new partner in Washington Wizards broadcast coverage. The partnership will allow Robinhood, which was recently declared the Washington Wizards jersey patch partner, to leverage a variety of media, most notably via Monumental Sports Network with reach to 3.2M+ homes in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia market.
The first-of-its-kind partnership will feature Robinhood as a centerpiece on the network owned by Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) in its coverage of the Wizards. New Robinhood features include presenting sponsorship of the Wizards Postgame Live show, host of Wizards in-game “Mic’d Up” features plus pre-, post-, and in-game commercials. In addition, the Robinhood mission will be heard regularly by fans on Wizards Radio and on the out of home displays at Capital One Arena in Downtown, D.C. as well as on Wizards billboards throughout the Greater Washington region.

Fans tuning in on the network will see Robinhood branding throughout gameday, including an exclusive interview with Robinhood Chief Creative Office and Co-Founder Baiju Bhatt, and an on-court recognition of this dynamic partnership at the first quarter break.

Just ahead of the 2023-24 NBA and NHL seasons, the network announced the launch of its new direct-to-consumer subscription membership option featuring live games. This next-generation offering creates even more opportunities for local fans without a Pay TV subscription to access the network’s in-market live 24/7 linear feed, as well as live games and other membership perks. Pay TV subscribers still receive all the same benefits as annual membership subscribers by signing in with their TV Everywhere (TVE) credentials on the online platform.
