WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 3, 2025) — Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) today announced the fall 2026 debut of new Innovation Suites at MSE’s next-generation arena. Designed in collaboration with global architecture and design firm Gensler, the tech-driven Innovation Suites will fuse modern hospitality with cutting-edge business and collaboration capabilities as the newest premium offering in MSE’s multi-year reimagining of its downtown D.C. arena.
Located on the arena’s new private premium suite level, the Innovation Suites represent a bold evolution of how guests can connect, ideate, and entertain in the heart of downtown Washington. Purpose-built for both daytime and event-night use, these suites offer a flexible, future-ready setting where partners, executives, and teams can seamlessly transition between business and entertainment.

The announcement builds on a longstanding foundation of forward-thinking design that reimagines how fans, partners, and teams interact with the arena environment. In 2022, MSE debuted the one-of-a-kind KPMG Ignition Center as its first business suite, transforming an existing arena suite into a 365-days-a-year collaboration hub for KPMG and its clients with cutting edge technology. This innovative approach allowed business leaders to meet, ideate, and solve complex challenges at any time, regardless of the arena’s event schedule.
A New Category of Premium Space
The Innovation Suites were created to meet the growing demand for spaces that support strategic planning, collaboration, and relationship-building, while also delivering the elevated hospitality experience synonymous with MSE. Each suite features:
Dual-purpose design: Flexible, open layouts that transition seamlessly from daytime strategy hubs to premium, hospitality-rich settings for evening events and games.
Collaboration-ready tech: Integrated displays and plug-and-play connectivity that support presentations, ideation sessions, and hybrid meetings.
Versatile seating: Central conference-style tables, custom perimeter banquettes, lounge areas, and two rows of plush leather stadium seats.
Elevated hospitality design: Marble-topped tables, a detailed bar, and an expansive countertop for curated culinary experiences, handcrafted bar service, or interactive displays.
Elite event access: 28 tickets, plus three reserved in-arena preferred parking passes, for all arena events including postseason Capitals and Wizards games.
Culinary excellence: A dedicated culinary specialist to design food and beverage offerings from a reimagined à la carte catering menu with Founders Suite-exclusive items.

Additional event spaces: Priority access to more than 30 rentable rooms in MSE’s soon-to-be-unveiled Business & Conference Center, unlocking further collaboration opportunities.

These new offerings further extend the utility of Capital One Arena beyond game nights and concerts, enabling businesses and partners to use the facility as a dynamic venue for year-round programming, client engagement, team offsites, product launches, and more.
A Transformative Arena Reimagining
The Innovation Suites are a key component of MSE’s comprehensive $800+ million transformation of Capital One Arena. With a slate of new premium experiences, the redesigned arena will create a new industry standard of what a premium space can be: a destination where meaningful work, memorable entertainment, and impactful relationships converge in the center of the nation’s capital.
The start of the 2025-26 season saw the introduction of two landmark premium space types in the arena: the first-of-their-kind luxury Lexus Vaults and the highly anticipated United Globe Club and Lounge. Earlier this year, MSE also announced three additional suite experiences set to debut at the brand-new arena ahead of the 2026-27 season including new Founder Suites, Signature Suites, and Executive Suites.
In fall 2025, MSE further reinforced its commitment to a five-star hospitality experience with the launch of a multi-year premium transformation strategy in partnership with Élan Arc, which includes the Monumental Premier benefits program and the arena’s new Premium Concierge program.
