Kimberly-Clark to provide sustainable hygiene solutions and smart restroom technology to elevate every fan’s experience as part of MSE’s ongoing arena transformation
Washington, D.C. (October 17, 2025) – Today, Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) introduced a new partnership with Kimberly-Clark Professional ™ (NYSE: KMB), a fan-forward brand that helps to foster environments supported by trusted hygiene solutions and operational efficiency. The partnership will bring Kimberly-Clark Professional’s high-performance paper products, smart restroom technology, and sustainability-focused initiatives to MSE-managed venues, including the transformed Capital One Arena, supporting Monumental’s commitment to a seamless fan experience while highlighting environmental responsibility.

MSE is committed to streamlining the journey from street to seat for every fan, including an investment to eliminate time away from the action on the court, ice, or stage. As part of a long-term vision, Kimberly-Clark Professional will implement its Onvation smart restroom, which uses cloud-connected sensors to track restroom traffic, monitor dispenser levels, and notify staff when service is needed – enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a cleaner, more comfortable experience for guests.
Kimberly-Clark Professional will be also equipping restrooms with compostable products made from 100% recycled fiber, designed to reduce water and product waste through smart dispenser systems, and support fan-facing sustainability programs.

The partnership also marks Kimberly-Clark Professional as the sponsor for a new testimonial spotlight series on Monumental Sports Network, for MSE staff and talent to share the importance of sustainability programs with fans across the region.
This collaboration reinforces MSE’s broader transformation strategy to modernize fan experience through improved infrastructure and forward-thinking technology solutions. Today’s announcement comes as Phase One of construction is nearly complete on the brand-new Capital One Arena.
