MSE’s President of Venues Jordan Silberman named to prestigious Leaders Under 40 List
Washington, D.C. (August 6, 2025) – Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) earned multiple shortlist honors in the 2025 Leaders Sports Awards recognizing exceptional organizations and individuals in the global sports industry. Individual leaders across MSE, Monumental Sports Network (MNMT), and the Washington Capitals were recognized as finalists in four categories during the 2024-25 season.

The Entertainment Experience Award is designed to recognize the organization that has created memorable holistic entertainment experiences with sports at its core.

Unsung Hero Award: Chris Sheap, Senior Vice President of Ticket Operations, MSE
The Unsung Hero Award honors behind-the-scenes leaders that are helping to shape a sports organization away from the spotlight.
Jordan Silberman, President of Venues for MSE, was also named to the prestigious 2025 Leaders Under 40 list, which recognizes exceptional individuals under 40 who have moved the sports industry forward over the past 12 months. Jordan has played a central role in leading the $800 million+ transformation of MSE’s brand-new arena in downtown Washington, D.C.
Presented by Leaders in Sport, the annual Leaders Sports Awards celebrate standout talent and innovation that shape the future of the sports industry. Awards are judged by a panel of 75 senior industry experts and overseen by five judging chairs.
Leaders Sports will announce the award winners live and highlight the 40 Under 40 honorees during an event on September 30, 2025, in London, England.
